1. Service description

Stock Alert Hub is a stock market analysis tool providing live prices, technical indicators, AI-powered analysis, and trading signals. The service is provided by Hamburger Studios, Hamburg, Germany.

2. No financial advice

Stock Alert Hub does NOT provide financial advice. All information, analysis, signals, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors. Users must make their own investment decisions and bear full responsibility for their trades. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Risk acknowledgment

By using Stock Alert Hub, you acknowledge that: Stock trading involves significant risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Technical indicators are not guarantees of future performance. AI analysis is based on historical data and may not predict future movements.

4. Subscription plans

Free: Limited to 5 stocks and basic indicators. Pro (€9.99/month): Unlimited stocks, all indicators, AI analysis (10/day), Telegram alerts. Lifetime (€100 one-time): Everything in Pro forever, unlimited AI, portfolio tracker. Signals (€500/year): Personal buy/sell signals via Telegram.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through the Settings page. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period. Lifetime payments are non-refundable after 14 days. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all plans.

6. Widerrufsbelehrung (Cancellation policy)

Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab Vertragsschluss. Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, senden Sie eine E-Mail an contact@hamburgerstudios.dev.

7. User conduct

Users agree to: Not use the service for market manipulation. Not share paid content (signals, analysis) with non-subscribers. Not attempt to reverse-engineer the analysis algorithms. Not use automated bots to scrape data from the service.

8. Data accuracy

Market data is sourced from Yahoo Finance and may be delayed. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any data. AI analysis is generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors.

9. Limitation of liability

Hamburger Studios and Stock Alert Hub are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Hamburg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
